1.Ginger-Apple Cider Punch

Apples, Ginger, Alcohol. What’s not to love?

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

6.5 cups unfiltered apple juice or apple cider
3 12-oz bottles of ginger-ale
2 12-oz bottles of dry hard cider
2 cups of bourbon
1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup of sorghum syrup
6 dashes of Angostura bitters
1 orange, sliced
12-15 cinnamon sticks

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Begin by chilling all the liquid ingredients (except for the bitters and syrup) beforehand. In a large bowl, mix together the apple juice/cider, ginger-ale, hard cider, bourbon, lemon juice, syrup, and bitters. Arrange the oranges and cinnamon sticks so they’re floating on the top of the punch as a garnish.

 

2. Blackberry Mojito

Summertime just got sweeter with this punch! It’s also perfect for holiday parties with its deep red color!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

3 cups of blackberry-blueberry juice blend
2 12-oz cans of frozen mojito mix
2 1-litre bottles of sparkling water, chilled beforehand
1.5 cups of white rum
3 limes, sliced
1 12-oz package of frozen blackberries
Fresh mint sprigs for garnish

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Mix blackberry-blueberry juice, mojito mix, sparkling water, rum, lime, and blackberries together. Pour into a bowl over ice. Sprinkle surface of punch fresh mint springs.

 

3.Indian Summer Punch

Fruity, spicy, and exotic. Perfect for any party with adventurous drinkers.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

1 liter dry gin
1 liter sweet Italian vermouth
8 oz St. Germaine elderflower liqueur
8 oz peach liqueur
24 oz lemon syrup
16 oz unfiltered apple juice
32 oz dry champagne
Ice
1 green apple, sliced
2 peaches, sliced
6 long, thin, cucumber slices
1/4 cup torn mint leaves

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Mix together gin, vermouth, elderflower liqueur, peach liqueur, lemon syrup, and apple juice in a large punch bowl. Refrigerate for 4 hours, until completely chilled. Add champagne, ice, apple slices, peach slices, and cucumber slices, and mix well. sprinkle with mint leaves and give punch one more light stir. Serve chilled.

 

4. Cucumber Margarita

After one or two of these refreshing drinks, you’ll be cool as a cucumber.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Salt, for rimming the glasses
Ice
2.5 cups cucumber-infused tequila
1 cup fresh lime juice
1 cup simple syrup
Cucumber slices for garnish

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Fill a blender with ice, add tequila, lime juice, and simple syrup. Blend on high for 2 minutes, until ingredients have turned into slushy mixture. Serve in salt-rimmed glasses, with cucumbers for garnish.

 

5. Pisco Pineapple Punch

Delicious and sweet, this treat makes for a wonderful concoction for any office party.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

24 oz pisco
8 oz fresh lemon juice
8 oz water
8.5 fluid oz pineapple gum syrup
2.5 fresh pineapple chunks
Ice
Thin pineapple slices for garnish

HOW TO MAKE IT:

In a punch bowl, mix together pisco, lemon juice, water, syrup, and pineapple chunks. Refrigerate for 3 hours, until completely chilled. Remove from refrigerator and add ice. Serve with slices of pineapple for garnish

 

6. Raspberry-Pomegranate Punch

This fruity concoction will make a great addition to any summer picnic!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

1 quart pomegranate juice
2 cups fresh orange juice, pulp free
2 cups limeade, chilled
1.5 cups raspberry flavored vodka
1 cup raspberries
Lime and orange slices for garnish
Ice (separate)
1 cup pomegranate seeds

HOW TO MAKE IT:

In a large punch bowl, combine juices, limeade, raspberries, and vodka, and stir well. Float the lime and orange slices on the top of the punch. Ladle into glasses over ice, and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds before serving.
